To RSVP

• Email or inbox to me your name, age, location and email address. Please also add whether you are in the facebook group, follow the tumblr or twitter.
• You will then be sent an email confirming your RSVP.
• If you are unsure of your attendance. Please RSVP but say so when you do so, I will make a note of it and will contact you to confirm your attendance nearer the date.
• A Facebook event will be created but it will NOT be your official RSVP. It is simply a way to make sure it is in your calendar.

The Flashmob

• The flashmob will be similar to the Darren Criss FlashMob UK, in which it will start off with a soloist and then will get bigger until eventually everyone is involved.
• A mashup medley of StarKid songs will start production once Holy Musical B@man is released on youtube and will become available a few weeks after. Ideas are welcome, however, the final mashup medley will be decided by Herman and myself. The medley will be sung by members and a dance routine will accompany it.
• The choreography will be filmed in simple tutorials for everybody to learn at home. They will be uploaded to the SKFMUK youtube channel (a link will be made available soon). Only those that have RSVPd will be given the link to tutorials.
• Rehearsals will take place in the weeks leading up to the FlashMob. They will most likely take place in London, however, one or two may take place elsewhere in the UK (depending on the certain attendance). Attendance to rehearsals are NOT compulsory and is just a way of practising the steps around others.

Coming from Outside the UK?

• One FlashMob will take place in London, UK.
• If you are from outside of the UK, you will be encouraged to find StarKids from your own country to join us. The more people coming from one place, the cheaper it will cost for you to travel to London - I will also inform those that are from the same country of each other so that you can get better acquainted and organise your trip to London together.

Fundraising

• Merchandise will be made available next month to raise money for rehearsal space as well as to contribute to Team Starkid’s fund to come to Europe.
• Members will be encouraged to buy and sell merchandise when they become available.
• Other ways of fundraising are welcome. Please email me with your ideas.

Yes, the picture that is going around of Darren in the Ireland shirt. The girl next to him was one of the choreographers of the flash mob and she asked him if he saw it. He said very positively, “Yeah! Someone emailed it to me!”
